HASSE KARLSSON
Born 1952 in Falkenberg and now lives in Vitemölla. Going out with a masonry disc full of sheets of paper and looking designs in old deserted farms and in Österlens open countryside. He paints watercolors, layer upon layer. Begins with light and shadow and let the image emerge from the contrasts. But he is picky, he saves only 1 of 50 watercolors.
Hasse Karlsson exhibited for the first time at Gallery Final in 1999 and returned in autumn 2009. He is represented and has had exhibitions around the country.
